Barley (Hordeum vulgare) is harvested in the early stages of development, when the plant reaches a maximum height of up to 12 cm. During this period, it contains the most nutrients. The green shoots are then dried and ground into a fine green powder. Young barley shoots are naturally gluten-free.
A drink made from young barley has a positive effect on the overall condition of the organism and has strong antioxidant properties.

Usage
