Taste a piece of heaven that this creamy chocolate with real vanilla, produced from bean to bar, brings. In every bite, it combines creaminess with a generous portion of cocoa while highlighting the softness of exotic Ugandan vanilla. Like the other types, this chocolate is the result of our craft, where we transform carefully selected cocoa beans directly into a gourmet experience.
The whole process begins with Criollo cocoa beans, which are among the highest quality and rarest in the world. We import them from Peru and then we start the gentle roasting and grinding ourselves, which takes four days. We let the chocolate mature, temper it and only then do we cast it into bars. You would be hard-pressed to find a better quality production method, but the result, without palm oil, lecithin or flavoring, is worth it. Each square.
