Very fine mead with a pleasant aroma. Fine mead with a pleasant aroma The aroma is a perfect combination of sweet honey and the taste of walnuts.

Traditional honest mead from Nivnice. Elisa has been produced according to the original family recipe since 1973. It is made from the best Czech honeys in a non-thermal way to preserve all the important substances of bee honey. After fermentation, it matures in deep air-conditioned cellars. Its basis is honey and water treated with Bio Control System technology. A mixture of herbs and spices then gives the mead an unmistakable taste.

Refreshing in summer, warming in winter. Mead can be consumed chilled or heated. In the summer months, it is wonderfully refreshing if served at a temperature of 12-16 degrees Celsius. In winter, we heat the mead in an uncovered container to a maximum temperature of 50 to 60 degrees Celsius so that it does not boil. We can add a slice of lemon to both cold and warm mead.
