Vilgain Zinc offers you 100% pure zinc bisglycinate, which is the most absorbable form on the market. A large part of this is due to the chelate bond, which is the most natural for the body, which is also supported by the absence of any additives and 10 mg of elemental zinc in each vegan capsule.
Our zinc comes from Germany and boasts the trademark MagChel® of the MAGNESIA company, which has more than 30 years of experience in processing minerals. And why is it important? Thanks to this, you can rely on the highest standards of quality and purity of the product.
Zinc bisglycinate is the most absorbable form of zinc. The chelate bond of zinc to 2 molecules of glycine represents the natural form that we receive from our daily food.
This chelate bond allows for faster absorption and at the same time protects zinc from the effects of interfering substances that can affect its bioavailability.
If you want to increase the effects of zinc, also take magnesium. Together, they form a powerful pair, and scientific literature suggests that together they can have a greater effect on insulin resistance and have stronger antioxidant effects than when taking each supplement separately.

Dosage
- Take 1-2 capsules daily, preferably before bedtime.
- Take zinc regularly every day, preferably with food. We do not recommend taking it on an empty stomach, as taking zinc on an empty stomach can lead to nausea. When taking zinc and other dietary supplements at the same time, pay attention to the total daily zinc intake, which should not exceed 25 mg per day.
