The dorsal part of the yellowfin tuna is, compared to other parts of the fish, extra juicy and stands out with a rich and intense flavor. The fish does not contain added oils, so you can feel the delicate natural saltiness of the ocean from the fillets. In the practical glass you will find only 3 basic ingredients for the best taste and nutritional value. There are no unnecessary extras, such as artificial preservatives, in our fillets. Among the most important nutrients that our tuna contains are omega-3 fatty acids. acids with positive effects on cholesterol levels and normal function of thecardiovascular system. It also doesn't skimp on full-fat proteins, potassium or some B vitamins.

Yellowfin tuna is caught using sustainable fishing methods, which include purse seines, trammel nets or hooks and lines. Thanks to this, our tuna is also MSC certified.

After being caught, the yellowfin tuna continue to La Rioja in Spain, and the best ones are processed using traditional techniques at a local family business with a rich history in the fishing industry.
