Extra-strong and tasty vegetable stock takes several hours to prepare at home, and a regular bouillon cube is a very poor substitute. The solution is our ready‑to‑use vegetable stock, which tastes like it was just cooked. Made from ORGANIC, local ingredients, with a delicate taste and a heap of micronutrients.

A broth made only from local ORGANIC ingredients, and those that really have their place there. 92 % vegetables, white wine to enhance the natural vegetable aroma, herbs and water. That's all. You won't find any salt, flavor enhancers or preservatives in the composition. The high-quality vegetables used from local farms are artisanally processed in Belgium.

Vilgain Vegetable Broth is first cooked from fresh vegetables and other ingredients for at least 24 hours. This ensures a strong taste and a pleasant aroma, as well as a host of nutritional benefits. Vegetable broth is low-calorie and contains many vitamins and minerals from fresh vegetables. It is gentler on the digestive system and ideal for those who prefer a plant-based diet.

Use vegetable broth as a base for soups (like ramen), sauces, risotto, poke balls, and or pour it over Chinese noodles. Just add broth instead of water and half the work is done, plus you don't have to use bouillon cubes full of artificial additives.
