We chose the most suitable source of plant protein that meets our quality requirements and does not significantly affect the taste of the bar. After careful consideration, we decided on protein from fava beans, which are a well-known legume.
We did not compromise on the other ingredients either. The composition includes nuts, which are an excellent source of quality fats with a high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids.
It is also great as a pre-workout snack full of protein and quick energy. This way, you will not only provide your body with a portion of quality nutrients, but also satisfy your sweet tooth.
It also contains easily digestible fiber from chicory, which is important for the proper functioning of the digestive system.
