The fruit ingredient in the form of simple natural sugars will give you quick energy, micronutrients, and a pleasantly sweet, caramel-like taste. The gently roasted almonds will provide fiber, unsaturated fatty acids, and antioxidants.
The bars are made without heat treatment, which preserves the maximum amount of vitamins and minerals from the fruits and nuts. In addition, they do not contain lactose or gluten.
