Spelt is a traditional coarse-grained wheat that gives the cookies a more pronounced nutty flavor and is also richer in protein and micronutrients than regular wheat. Spelt forms a tasty and at the same time filling base that takes our cookies to a higher level.
All ingredients used come from uncompromisingly controlled organic farming, which guarantees you the best taste and, above all, quality. We save you from unnecessary cheap oils that make up a large part of the composition of ordinary cookies.
