Our butter is handmade by a local community in Ghana from wild nuts. Traditionally, they are collected when they are ripe and fall to the ground. They are then boiled and dried in the sun. The production is completed by a long process of roasting, grinding and rinsing with water, which ultimately results in creamy shea butter. We added several essential oils to it for a pleasant aroma.
