Sardines, a popular fish with a typical silver color and slightly pinkish flesh, are among therichest sources of omega-3 fatty acids. From one can you will receive four to five times the basic recommended daily intake of EPA and DHA according to WHO. Our sardines are caught in the Atlantic Ocean and processed in Europe with IFS certification (international standard for food safety and quality). The solid content of the can is 70%, at least 84g. 12pt;">Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids are essential for the human body and bring interesting benefits to the body. That is why it is necessary to regularly consume them in food or in dietary supplements.

Sardines also contain up to 25 % of high-quality protein, iodine, minerals and vitamins. From one can, the body will receive beneficial potassium, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, calcium, selenium, vitamin D and some B vitamins (B3, B12).
