A true Italian pinsa romana or Roman pizza. It is a lighter and oval version of pizza - in fact, it is a kind of middle ground between focaccia and pizza. You just need to adjust the pinsa to your taste and put it in the oven for a few minutes.
In addition to its exceptional composition, the dough is also exceptionally processed. By hand, gently, slowly. Together with the leavening, this ensures the resulting product has the best possible taste, structure and digestibility. Ingredients: Soft wheat flour "00", water, durum wheat semolina, soy flour, salt, extra virgin olive oil, durum wheat sourdough (durum wheat sourdough 63%, dried brewer's yeast, wheat sourdough, wheat flour "0" enzymes), rice flour, natural yeast, vegetable fiber, natural flavor, sorbic acid.
