Spelt flour contains all parts of the spelt grain, including the bran and germs, which are high in fiber, minerals, and B vitamins. Fiber helps slow digestion and absorption, which helps reduce blood sugar fluctuations. The use of whole grains makes the flour slightly darker than classic plain flour.
Fresh grains from organic farming
The grains used to produce our flour come from controlled organic farming. The flour is also gently dried with warm air and is not ground into stock. It is produced in small batches for maximum freshness.

Manufacturer's recommendations
