Vilgain Whole Grain Rye Bread BIO is a very digestible whole grain bread with chia seeds. It has a distinct fresh taste and aroma, juicy texture and is also a quality source of macro and micronutrients. In addition to high fiber content it also contains omega-3 and an optimal portion of complex carbohydrates, which will give you energy. This makes it a great companion in the kitchen and on the go.

Production takes place in Bavaria under strict supervision from ingredients from local growers. The rye is soaked in advance and then ground, which activates the grain. Thanks to the use of activated grain, own sourdough, lower baking temperature, and therefore double the baking time, the bread is tastier, better digestible and stays fresh longer than similar products produced by the standard process.
