Vilgain Organic Semolina Couscous is a valuable side dish full of complex carbohydrates and fiber from ORGANIC durum wheat semolina.
Couscous is an absolutely great ingredient for people who are always in a hurry or don't enjoy spending time in the kitchen. It's ready in 5 minutes and there's no need to cook. Just pour it with hot water in a ratio of 1:1.5–2 (couscous: water/broth) and leave it covered to stand. You can use it as a side dish, make a “risotto” out of it, add it to salads or use it as a sweet base for a casserole. Instructions for use
- Cover the couscous with hot water in a ratio of 1 part couscous to 1 part water.
- Cover and let stand for a few minutes until you reach the desired consistency.
- Then mix with a fork and season to taste.
