We exposed the fruit to extremely low temperatures and slowly dried it in a vacuum, completely removing the water. Through this freeze-drying process, the fruit gains its typical lightness and retains its color, aroma, taste and full spectrum of micronutrients. In addition to all this it is perfectly crunchy.

In addition to the fact that freeze-dried fruit is a great substitute for fresh fruit, its great advantage is also diversity in use. You can simply throw it in your backpack for a trip, it will look great in yogurt, giving it a natural flavor, but you can also add it to desserts or as an ultra clean cream dye. The package contains only dried fruit, nothing more. The mixture is made up of 40% mango, which is perfectly complemented by 35% fresh pineapple. One quarter of the mixture consists of sweet figs.

Mango, one of the sweetest fruits, boasts not only naturally occurring B vitamins, vitamin A and vitamin C, but also minerals: iron, copper, phosphorus or calcium. The perfect matrix is completed by pineapple with a high manganese content, which contributes to bone health. This sweet combo is rounded off by figs containing vitamin K, which contributes to normal blood clotting.
