We exposed the fruit to extremely low temperatures and slowly dried it in a vacuum, completely removing the water. This freeze-drying process gives the fruit itstypical lightness and retains its color, aroma, flavor, and full spectrum of micronutrients. It also has a perfect crunch.

In addition to the fact that freeze-dried fruit is a great substitute for fresh fruit, its great advantage is also its versatility. You can simply throw it in your backpack for a trip, it will look great in yogurt, which it will add a natural flavor to, but you can also add it to desserts or as an ultra-clean coloring agent for creams.

In the package you will only find dried fruit, nothing more. The mixture is made up of 40% sweet banana, which perfectly complements the 35% pleasantly sour mandarin. A quarter of the total mixture is made up of perfectly pink dragon fruit. Bananas are a source of fiber. For one thing, they can provide your body with up to 10% of the recommended daily intake[1]. They are also naturally very sweet and contain a high amount of potassium, which contributes to the health of your cardiovascular system[1]. Vitamin C in mandarin supports immunity and you can find it together with beta-carotenes in dragon fruit.
