They are not oatmeal like oatmeal. We did a really good job with the selection and our choice fell on flakes originating from Finland - it is characterized by unique climatic conditions for growing oats.
Our oatmeal is ultra-fine and softens very quickly. Just add water or milk and you're done. You can flavor the porridge with toppings, protein, fruit or nuts.
Thanks to the low glycemic index, energy from complex carbohydrates is released gradually over several hours. The flakes will also reliably fill you up, as they contain 11% fiber and bind water well.

Manufacturer's recommendation
- Hot water infusion: Pour 40 g of flakes with 185 ml of hot water or milk and let stand for 1 minute. Stir in your favorite protein, add fruit, Cheat Spread or nut butter or Topping and you have a quick, complete meal.

- If you prefer a creamier consistency, use milk for the preparation, or mix water and milk 1:1. Add sugar or salt to taste.
- To enrich the porridge with proteins you can add either your favorite whey or plant-based vegan protein as well as egg protein (dried or liquid egg whites). Adding egg whites will make the resulting porridge fluffier.
