Vilgain minute corn porridge is made by grinding corn that has been grown in organic farming and is therefore also covered by BIO certification. The final corn porridge, which is prepared only with water, does not have a dizzying amount of calories, contains enough carbohydrates, proteins and fiber. If you make sweet porridge, for example with milk, its nutritional values change considerably.
Corn porridge has a wide range of uses in the kitchen, not only because it is naturally completely gluten-free.
