Vilgain Jasmine Rice BIO is a long-grain peeled rice, which with its typical aroma resembles blooming flowers and nuts. Compared to basmati, it is more fluffy, supple and sticky after cooking, and is also suitable for eating with chopsticks. It provides a great taste balance with spicy and spicy dishes. It is most commonly used in Thai cuisine, but you can also enjoy it in stews, risottos, salads or as a side dish for meat.

It is grown using traditional oriental methods in the highlands of northern Thailand. It is then processed and packaged by a small family business in Italy, which prides itself on the quality and traceability of its ingredients. Preparation instructions

• Rinse the rice thoroughly with water, pour it into a pot and add water.
• Add 2 cups of water for each cup of rice.
• Bring to a boil and salt.
• Cover the pot with a lid and let the rice cook on low heat for 12-14 minutes, do not stir the rice.
