A simple, no-nonsense recipe, irresistibly juicy pieces of fruit sweetened with beet sugar. That's Vilgain Jam, which is simply delicious. It is gelled with soluble fiber pectin.
We rely on a high percentage of fruit, which is why we filled Vilgain Jam with more than 70 g of strawberry puree, which has a soft gel consistency thanks to the added pectin.

Strawberries, sugar, gelling agent (pectins), acidity regulator (citric acid).
73 g of fruit was used per 100 g of finished product. Net quantity: 300 g.
