A simple, no-nonsense recipe, irresistibly juicy pieces of fruit sweetened with beet sugar. That's Vilgain Jam, which is simply delicious. It is gelled with soluble fiber pectin.
We rely on a high percentage of fruit, so we filled the Jam with more than 70 g of raspberry puree, which has a soft gel consistency thanks to the added pectin.
In addition to the fruit and pectin, which creates the authentic structure of the jam, we also seasoned it with a little white sugar for higher sweetness. If you prefer the taste of conventional jams without alternative sweeteners, Vilgain Jam is for you.

Raspberries, sugar, gelling agent (pectin), acidity regulator (citric acid).
Per 100g 73g of fruit was used for the finished product. Net quantity: 300 g.
