Thanks to gourmet yeast, your food will get a delicate nutty to cheesy flavor and a load of micronutrients. It is produced using yeast on a substrate rich in sugars. The mixture is then dried and slightly heated to 45 °C. This yeast cannot be used for leavening, only as a flavoring.
You can use it wherever you normally reach for classic cheese - yeast is used to make vegan parmesan, it is added to sauces, spreads, soups, salads, pastas, risottos, vegan cheeses, etc. In the form of flakes, it resembles grated cheese in appearance and is easily used to sprinkle on ready-made dishes, which has made this form popular not only among the vegan community.
