Are you gluten-free, or are you trying to limit gluten, but don't want to spend money on overpriced pastries in stores? Try baking your own gluten-free bread at home. To make it as easy as possible, we bring you Vilgain gluten-free bread mix, with which you can prepare it in no time.

With Vilgain gluten-free bread mix, you can have pastries on the table without unnecessary delay. You just need to pour water over the mixture, add dried yeast and let it rise, and you can also add nuts or other goodies to enhance the bread a bit. Then transfer it to a mold and bake at 250 °C. In 10 minutes, you have your own gluten-free bread ready, which has a high fiber content thanks to the mixture of flours and seeds from organic farming

Thanks to the consistency of the dough, it is possible to create any type of pastry. It is great to use a baguette mold, for example. The mixture will be more liquid, so always bake it in a greased and floured pan or in a home bakery.

Sorghum flour*, corn starch*, buckwheat flour*, corn flour*, buckwheat groats*, potato starch*, brown flax*, sunflower seeds*, rice flour*,sea salt, psyllium*, pumpkin seeds*, ground cumin*.

Manufacturer's recommendation

  • Mix the mixture (500 g) with 500 ml lukewarm water and 14 g fresh yeast (or approximately 7g dried).
  • The dough will have a liquid consistency.
  • Pour into a greased and floured mold, or into a mold lined with baking paper and leave covered to rise for 40 minutes.
  • Can be baked in any form, e.g. baguettes, buns, etc.
