Vilgain Freeze-dried Raspberries can enhance any sweet dish or dessertboth in taste and in terms of their vitamin content, which is not destroyed by freeze-drying. Raspberries areof premium quality and standardized. Thanks to this, they meet allrequirements for food standards in the EU.
Raspberries or other fruits are exposed todeep freezing and then slowly dried in a vacuum, completely removing water. Through this process, the fruit gains its typical lightness, retains its color, aroma, taste and the vast majority of micronutrients.
You can use freeze-dried fruit anywhere you use fresh fruit. You can decorate and flavor porridge, yogurt, muesli with milk, or smoothies with it. They are also a simple and effective way to decorate desserts. Raspberries can then be used whole or you can crush them between your fingers to create a fine raspberry powder.
