Vilgain Freeze-dried Raspberries can enhance any sweet dish or dessert, both in taste and in terms of their vitamin content, which is not destroyed by freeze-drying. Raspberries are of premium quality and standardized. This means they meet all EU food standards.

Raspberries or other fruits are exposed to deep freezing and then slowly dried in a vacuum, completely removing water. Through this process, the fruit gains its typical lightness, retains its color, aroma, taste and the vast majority of micronutrients.

You can use freeze-dried fruit anywhere you use fresh fruit. You can decorate and flavor porridge, yogurt, muesli with milk, or smoothies with it. They are also used to decorate desserts simply and effectively. Raspberries can then be used whole or you can crush them between your fingers and create a fine raspberry powder.
