Eggsfrom Belgian litter are knocked out of their shells and the whites are separated from the yolks. The whites are then pasteurized to remove all potential pathogens and to extend their shelf life. They are then injected under high pressure into a drying chamber, where the water evaporates and a fine, white powder more than 80 % full-fledged proteins is created. It does not contain genetically modified ingredients or other ingredients derived from GMOs.
Our dried egg whites - like fresh egg whites-- have no smell. They boast a fine texture, good solubility, long shelf life and easy storage.
You can use them everywhere where fresh egg whites are otherwise suitable. After whipping with water, use as fresh egg white for preparing icing or snow dough.100 grams of powder mixed in 700 ml of water corresponds approximately to the amount of egg whites from 25 chicken eggs, which is approximately 800 g of egg white. But you can add it to porridges and cocktails as a source of quality protein for preparing cocktails and porridges.
Cake sponge cakes and cakes, roulades, meringues, pavlovas, cookies, pastries, macaroons, icings are also perfect with it.

Usage
- Suitable for further processing.
- Mix the powder with water in a ratio of 1:7*.
- Mix or whisk to the desired consistency.
- Suitable for preparing sweet and savory dishes.
