Biltong beef is prepared from raw meat that is cut lengthwise or across the muscle, and a drop of vinegar is added to it, which makes it contain less water than regular jerky. The vinegar is not noticeable in the taste and on the contrary helps to complete the desired structure. The meat used comes from premium Czech farms and is completely free of artificial preservatives, dyes and flavors that are often found in dried meats. The ingredients are nothing more than meat, a pinch of salt and spices.

Nutritionaly, it is a food with 63% quality beef protein, minimal fat and almost no carbohydrates. Thanks to this, this dried meat will serve you perfectly as a practical protein snack on the go, at work or at home to whet your appetite for an evening meal. In addition to not ruining your diet, it will provide your body with easily digestible nutrients and will also fill you up.
