We carefully select the best pieces, which are then gently dried so that they don't lose their valuable nutrients. Unlike regular candies full of added sugar, Vilgain Dates contain only naturally occurring sugars. This means that you will find 100% organic dates in the composition, nothing else. They are gluten-free, vegan and suitable for paleo.
