Peptinex bovine collagen comes from the collagen of grass-fed cows from South American Brazil and is a source of type 1 and 3 collagen. Due to the high degree of hydrolysis, it contains short bioactive collagen peptides in the molecular weight range of 2000 to 5000 Daltons. This makes it easily absorbable and available to the human body.
Fish collagen Naticol® is a source of bioactive collagen peptides from fish skin. Due to its low molecular weight, short oligopeptides are easily absorbed and can be used for the body's own collagen production. Naticol® fish collagen is suitable for skin health care thanks to its anti-aging effects, studies also confirm a visible reduction in wrinkles and an improvement in skin firmness.

Dosage
- Mix 2 scoops (10 g) in 200 ml of water.
