Instead of sugar, natural sweetener xylitol
Xylitol, also called birch sugar, is a substance of natural origin with no known negative side effects. In nature, it is commonly found in fruits and vegetables, such as raspberries, plums and corn. Compared to regular sugar, it has approximately 40% fewer calories, but the same sweetness. Compared to some other sweeteners, it does not have an unpleasant aftertaste.
