The “bean to bar” designation means that the entire journey from cocoa beans to the resulting chocolate is in the hands of one manufacturer without any intermediate links. Thanks to this, we are able to guarantee maximum and stable product quality.

This is not mass production, which often uses pre-prepared chocolate of unclear origin and quality, which is simply melted and transformed into a chocolate bar. The cocoa beans are single origin and come from Venezuela directly from local farmers.

Criollo is the most valued variety, but it accounts for less than 5% of world cocoa production. These cocoa trees are very demanding to grow. However, the quality of their beans is incomparable to the classic varieties. They have a rich, creamy taste without bitterness and a wide range of fruity, nutty and spicy flavors.

Common chocolates contain the emulsifier soy lecithin or vanilla flavoring, which improves the taste and masks the bitterness of lower-quality beans. You will not find any of these substances in our chocolate.
