Vilgain Chicken Broth is first cooked for at least 24 hours and contains at least 1 kg of meat and bones per 1 liter of final broth (but don't look for pieces of meat in the broth). This ensures not only a distinctive taste and aroma, but also a bunch of nutritional benefits. Bones are a rich source of calcium and phosphorus, which you also need for healthy bones and joints. Chicken broth also contains gelatin, which is beneficial for joints and digestion, and can also support the immune system thanks to its high mineral content (sodium, magnesium, potassium, sulfur and silicon, and many others).
Use chicken broth as a base for soups (such as ramen), sauces, risotto, poke balls, and or pour it over Chinese noodles. Just add broth instead of water and you've got half the job done, plus you don't need to use bouillon cubes full of artificial additives.
