In the jar, you will find as the only ingredient only pure beef fat - no preservatives or other additives. The uncompromising quality of the product is proven by 99.9% fat content. Additionally, it is rich in vitamins A, D, E and K and has excellent moisturizing properties.
100% fat from Aberdeen Angus bulls
Our tallow comes from beef fat young Aberdeen Angus bulls raised on a family farm in the Highlands. As calves, bulls are suckled by their mothers on pasture and locally grown corn and other cereals are used for their subsequent nutrition - fully GMO-free.
Suitable for baking, frying and making homemade cosmetics
Thanks to the smoke point, which reaches 250 °C, there is no overburning of fat during baking, frying or grilling. By using tallow, you will prevent the formation of potentially harmful substances. You can use tallow when sautéing meat, preparing burgers or for greasing the baking sheet. You can also add it to pastries or cakes to achieve the typical crunchiness and rich flavor. However, you can use tallow outside the kitchen: it is a great raw material for making homemade cosmetics, such as soaps, lip balms and ointments for dry skin.
