Vilgain B-Complex provides you with a complete spectrum of B vitamins in significantly increased doses. Without pseudovitamins, fillers, or other unnecessary substances that could negatively affect vitamin absorption.

We have poured the B vitamin mixture into microcrystalline cellulose capsules that are easy to swallow and dissolve. This makes it a good choice for vegans and vegetarians who may have problems with insufficient vitamin B12 intake.
