Terka and I wanted a butter that would taste like our favorite Rafaello, but without a hint of added sugar.
We spent a long time trying flavor combinations, testing, and evaluating until it was "the real nut". Natural cashews, coconut, and fragrant vanilla from Madagascar are the basis of this perfectly gourmet butter. Finally, we mixed in dry roasted cashew pieces and a little pink salt.
Enjoy crunchy super-sweetness without unnecessary sweeteners.
Usage:
Add to cereal, smoothies, pancakes, fresh fruit, baking dough or enjoy just on a spoon.

Our butters taste best when stored at room temperature. They will solidify in the cold. But don't worry. You can warm the butter up at any time and enjoy the delicious creamy taste.
