A proven classic and probably the most famous tea ever - this is how Earl Grey black tea could be characterised. Legend has it that an Earl named Charles Grey brought this tea recipe from China. The essence of its charm is obvious: it lies in the bergamot essential oil, which gives black tea an irresistible flavour and soothing aroma. This elegant drink immediately became a favourite of high society and has remained so to this day, especially at five in the afternoon. Earl Grey will also amaze you in the kitchen, as you can use the infusion as an ingredient in various unconventional desserts.

Preparation instructions:Pour boiling water over a teaspoon of tea per cup (approx. 200 ml). water and let steep for 2-5 min.
