A product in organic quality. Grown using the organic farming method. Sprouted seeds are suitable for improving salads, soups and other dishes. You will never get tired of the diverse flavors of fenugreek, lentils and radishes. There are no limits to your imagination! It may happen that some seeds do not germinate and remain hard.  Do not confuse fibrous roots with mold. For proper seed growth, we have prepared a clear germination diary for you.

Ingredients: organic fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum), organic lentils (Lens culinaris), organic radish (Raphanus sativus)

Preparation instructions:
soaking time: 6-8 hours
germination time: 5-6 days
rinsing with water: 2x a day
ideal temperature: 18-20 °C
recommended equipment: sprouting jar

Rinse again with water before consumption.
The sprouts should be consumed as soon as possible or kept in the refrigerator for a maximum of two or three days.

Store in a dry and cool place. This product does not contain any allergens.
