The tea tastes sweet, spicy and has a cooling effect. It is best enjoyed pure or lightly sweetened with honey. Peppermint tea should not be drunk for a long time. Preparation instructions: Pour boiling water over a teaspoon (approx. 200 ml) and let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
