Code: 482004Product detailed description
The name "Nori" comes from Japanese and refers to edible seaweed. Sushi or rice balls are commonly wrapped with this seaweed. It is also often used as a garnish or seasoning for noodles and soups. It is famous for its excellent taste.
The largest producers of this seaweed are Japan, Korea and China. The plant requires an unpolluted environment, so it can only be grown in clean coastal waters. Cultivation is complicated, as clean water, the right water temperature, quality sowing and the right timing of sowing and harvesting are needed. The seaweed is collected in the traditional way, in some areas it is still still done by hand. It is then dried in the sun on sheets of paper or the algae are crushed and dried on sieves.
Muso was founded 30 years ago according to the basic principles of macrobiotics, a specific way of eating and lifestyle. The company is very committed to quality and uses traditional production processes. The raw materials used to produce the products are not genetically modified.
