Rillettes is a meat spread made from pork that is confit in lard until it basically falls apart. The recipe comes from the area around Le Mans in France. It is very delicate and absolutely delicious. It will taste just as great spread on a slice of our dark bread as it does on a fresh baguette. Store from 0 to +25°C. After opening, store at 7°C and consume within 2 days. Goose meat 30%, pork meat 30%, goose fat, pork skin, red wine, drinking water, fruit (apple, pear, plum), salt, spices (pepper, bay leaf, onion, allspice, garlic, juniper).
