Peruvian watercress grows in the foothills of the Peruvian Andes at an altitude of up to 4000 m above sea level. It is one of the few plants that can survive in such inhospitable conditions. It was used by the ancient Incas for its beneficial effects on physical and mental health.
Red maca differs from others in color, taste, aroma and some properties. It boasts a very pleasant sweet taste and is suitable for both women and men. Red maca is the rarest of all varieties of Peruvian cress.

Usage:
