COMPOSITION

Product: Protein Sport Peanuts with sweeteners (steviol glycosides)

Ingredients: Microfiltered wheyconcentrate,  finely crushed defatted roasted peanuts (12%), BCAA (L-leucine 500 mg / serving, L-isoleucine 250 mg / serving, L-valine 250 mg / serving), dried whey, digestive enzymes Opti-7-DIGEST™ (papain, alpha-amylase, cellulase, bromelain, lactase, neutral protease, lipase), sweetener: steviol - glycosides.

Warning: Intended for special nutrition, does not serve as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. PREPARATION AND DOSAGE

For one dose, mix 35 g of protein mixture together with 200 - 250 ml of water or milk. Then shake the protein thoroughly in a shaker or stir it and enjoy. Adjust the amount of milk or water to the desired density of the resulting protein. 

Take 1 to 2 times a day, ideally after sports activity or according to current protein needs.
