Original Elisa mead 11% 200ml

Original mead is the flagship of the Elisa brand. Its unique bittersweet taste is the result of the honey, herbs and spices used. 

Traditional honest mead from Nivnice. Elisa has been produced according to the original family recipe since 1973. It is made from the best Czech honeys in a non-thermal way to preserve all the important substances of bee honey. After fermentation, it matures in deep air-conditioned cellars. Its basis is honey and water treated with Bio Control System technology. The mixture of herbs and spices then gives the mead an unmistakable taste.

It refreshes in summer, warms in winter. Mead can be consumed chilled or heated. In the summer months, it is wonderfully refreshing if served at a temperature of 12-16 degrees Celsius. 

In winter, we heat the mead in an uncovered container to a maximum temperature of 50 to 60 degrees Celsius so that it does not boil. You can add a slice of lemon to both cold and warm mead.
