The vegan version of Bolognese sauce is a great alternative to soy sauce. It is made in Tuscany, Italy, from freshly harvested local vegetables and fresh "Mauro Rosso" tomatoes ripened in the sun until red. Instead of soy, red lentils are added to the sauce and then only delicious Italian herbs. Tomatoes and other vegetables were grown according to the principles of controlled organic farming, were not transported or stored long distances. During gentle preparation, the sauce retains the natural aroma and taste of ripe tomatoes as well as a maximum of nutrients. Simply heat the sauce and serve with pasta, vegetable dishes or use it to prepare lasagna.
