For HOLLINGER, apple juice was the first product from the BIO line. BIO foods always undergo a system of controls and certification that ensures their quality and allows them to bear this label. Their BIO quality is especially appreciated by people interested in organic farming and a sustainable farming system.
Apple juice is ideal for vegans, as the Austrian Vegan Society has certified it as a vegan product. The must does not contain any added animal substances or aromas. You will not find artificial aromas or preservatives or colorings in it.
The juice is not obtained from concentrate, but directly from the fruit. Therefore, it contains natural undissolved substances that settle at the bottom of the package. These substances are a sign of high quality and at the same time proof that the must is pressed directly from apples and is not subsequently filtered. For this reason, the drink is not clear. We recommend shaking the package before opening.
