We present to you our Mushroom Noodles Wide, a unique pasta that combines rich taste and aroma with authentic ingredients. Made from high-quality wheat flour and enriched with dried mushroom mixture (oak mushroom, spruce mushroom, dried porcini mushrooms, porcini mushrooms, porcini mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, champignons, shiitake mushrooms), these noodles bring a touch of the forest and nature to your kitchen.

Cook in salted boiling water  2 - 4 minutes, then drain.

Ingredients: wheat flour, water, dried mushroom mixture min. 3% (oak mushroom, spruce mushroom, dried boletus, cep, porcini mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, mushrooms, shiitake), dried egg mixture 2%, onion, cumin, garlic, turmeric, parsley, coriander.

May contain traces of: soy, sesame, mustard, celery 

Pasta is an original flavored egg dried pasta, its rich colors, distinctive taste and aroma were created only by adding dried ingredients. Their preparation is very easy, quick and pasta is widely used in cold and hot cuisine, popular with all age categories and, last but not least, also used in healthy eating and various diets thanks to the so-called slow sugars and relatively low energy value. They are unique compared to many other pastas on the market, especially in their composition of purely natural ingredients without any chemical additives. All ingredients are carefully selected with an emphasis on quality and come from the Czech Republic, thereby supporting Czech manufacturers, suppliers and growers.

In a dry, raw state, they have a minimum shelf life of two years when stored properly in a dry and dark place.

Serving tips: Cooked pasta can be served as a main course topped with any sauce with parmesan shavings. Or with fried pieces of chicken.

Pasta can also be used as a side dish to various types of  meat or with vegetables or as a base for pasta salad.

This pasta has won the Taste of South Moravia 2017 award and is also labeled Czech guild standards, a guarantee of quality food under the auspices of the Food Chamber of the Czech Republic.
