For commercial use, MSM is produced by oxidizing DMSO (Dimethyl Sulfoxide), as MSM is only found naturally in small quantities. The powder has a slightly bitter taste. It is absorbed into the body very slowly and is released gradually.
Recommended daily dosage
1/2 teaspoon (0.5-1 g) 2 times a day, preferably in the morning and evening. Mix the measured amount in 200 ml of water, juice or smoothie. Consume immediately.
