Even cookies have to be honest! And because the hard, sugary ones definitely wouldn't find their way to our ŠUFAN heart, we decided to come up with our own recipe! To the gluten-free oatmeal, we added our artisanal pistachio butter and pieces of crunchy pistachios, which we gently roast ourselves. We enhanced the color and taste of the cookies with premium matcha and added a pinch of salt and chicory syrup for a subtle sweetening.
You can enjoy our mini cookies with your favorite morning yogurt or just on their own. They will also be great for a walk with your little ones or a proper family trip. They are full of fiber, healthy fats and also honest ingredients, as you are used to from us. Try other mini cookies with chocolate and vanilla flavors.

Gluten-free oatmeal, chicory root extract, pistachio paste 20%, pistachio kernels 15%, ghee butter, matcha, salt.
