The chocolate full of creamy tones will delight all fans of a pleasantly sweet taste, but of course it will be the greatest success with children.
The entire artisanal production begins with Criollo cocoa beans, which are among the highest quality and rarest in the world. We import them from Peru and then we ourselves start gently roasting and grinding them, which takes four days. We only add cocoa butter, powdered milk and cane sugar. We let the chocolate mature, temper it, and only then pour it into bars. You would be hard-pressed to find a better quality production method, but the result, without palm oil, lecithin, or flavoring, is worth it. Each square.
